BLOOMSBURG, Pa. (Nov. 19, 2025) - In a back-and-forth contest all night in Bloomsburg, Pa., Georgian Court Men's Basketball came out on top of the home team Huskies. The game featured five lead changes and 11 ties with Georgian Court prevailing, 69-65 for their second straight win.
How it Happened
• In such a tight affair, every possession mattered and Georgian Court drove that point home. They turned the Huskies over 22 times which led to 29 Lion points. The Lions won the turnover battle committing just 16 and holding Bloomsburg to 13 points off turnovers.
• Shooting numbers were about even as the Lions were 24-53 for 45.3%. Bloomsburg hit 41.5% overall.
• The Huskies were able to hang in thanks to their three-point shooting. They hit 7-17 while the Lions were 4-14.
• Each team shot just 63% from the free throw line. The Lions were 17-27 and the Huskies 14-22.
• The Huskies had the edge on the glass pulling down 39 to the Lions 33.Â
1st Half
• The game started off with a bang as Gabe Springer came down with an offensive rebound and an emphatic dunk for the game's first points.
• Things settled down and a three-pointer from
Kam Waters gave GCU a 10-8 lead.

Donavin Crawford buried a pair of threes on back-to-back possessions and his second gave the Lions the lead until the closing minutes of the first half.Â
• GCU pushed the lead to as much as five on a couple of occasions, but the Huskies kept things close.
• The Lions were up four, 29-25, until a 7-1 run gave the Huskies their first lead since the opening minutes.
• Georgian Court got a layup from
Cam Edmonds and an
Anthony Rivera tip-in to reclaim the lead.
• In the final 90 seconds, the Lions forced a pair of turnovers and the score remained 34-32 GCU at the break.
2nd Half
• The Huskies quickly tied the score to start the second half, but were unable to grab the lead.
• Tied at 36, GCU went on a 13-0 run to claim their largest lead, 49-36 with 13:38 left to play.
• All 13 points during the run were scored by freshmen with
Jaycen Santucci scoring seven,
Kam Waters four and
Tesneem Ajeigbe two.
• The Lion lead was still in double-figures nearing 10 minutes left to play when the Huskies made their run.
• They clawed all the way back to tie at 57 and with 5:12 left it was a brand new ballgame.
• The score was tied at 60 for more than two minutes as both teams combined to go 0-6 with three turnovers during the game's most critical moments.

Amar Lane broke the tie with 1:26 to play and Santucci made it a two-possession game collecting an offensive rebound and finishing.
• Georgian Court went 5-6 down the stretch at the free throw line and the Huskies hit a meaningless three at the buzzer for a 69-65 final.

Jaycen Santucci finished 8-10 from the floor for 17 points with seven rebounds.

• This was the Lions first ever win against Bloomsburg. They improve to 1-3 all-time.
• Georgian Court starts a season 2-1 for the second time in program history, joining the 2014-15 team.
