Acrobatics and Tumbling Refresh
• An NCATA meet is a team competition consisting of six events. The first event is compulsories, followed by three heats within the acro event, followed by the pyramid event and then halftime. After halftime, there will be the toss event, the tumbling event, and the team event. A running score will be kept throughout the meet. The team with the most cumulative points at the end of all six events is the winner of the meet.
• Teams submit a start value before heats and three judges determine the score of each heat. Heat scores are added up and the team with the highest score after all six events is the winner.
Last Time Out
• For the third straight meet, GCU set a new program high score.
• The Lions scored 210.265 points in their tri-meet against American International and Stevenson, defeating both opponents.
• Georgian Court put up strong numbers across the board, but especially in the acro event.
• The Lions set new program-bests in all three acro heats and the total event score.
• GCU also had a new high in the tumbling quad pass.

• Twice last season Georgian Court squared off with LIU.
• The Sharks defeated the Lions each time, 246.670-172.785 and 240.565-180.480.
• The final match with the Sharks was Georgian Court's last meet of the year.
