NORTHBOROUGH, Ma. (July 23, 2025) - Georgian Court Women's Lacrosse was recognized Wednesday afternoon for their outstanding work in the classroom. Not only was the entire team honored as an Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Honor Squad, three individuals made the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll.
In order to be eligible for the Academic Honor Squad, teams must have a cumulative GPA of a 3.20 or higher for the academic year. This year, Georgian Court's team GPA was a 3.57.
For student-athletes to make the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll, they must have reached at least a junior academic status and have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or greater. This year there were 588 student-athletes from 84 institutions on the Academic Honor Roll including seven teams from the CACC.Â
The Lions had three student-athletes make this year's Honor Roll.
Madison Battle and
Isabel Raimondi are both on the squad for the second consecutive year. Battle is now working towards her Master's Degree in Business Administration. She finished undergrad with a 3.77 GPA and earned a 3.94 in her first semester of her MBA. Raimondi graduated with a Marketing Degree and a 3.83 GPA.
Caitlin Petrellese makes the Honor Roll for the first time. The junior has a 3.99 GPA in History.Â
