West Palm Beach, FL (Aug. 30th, 2026) - Georgian Court Women's Soccer fell 3-2 to Palm Beach Atlantic. The Lions jumped out to a 2-0 lead before the Sailfish battled back, scoring three unanswered goals to complete the comeback.
How it Happened
• Palm Beach had 26 shots compared to Georgian Court's 13.
• PBA had the advantage on corner kicks with eight; GCU was able to get three.
• Fouls were even with six for both teams.
First Half
• The opening minutes of the first half featured a back-and-forth battle between the two teams.

Kayla Reed found the back of the net midway through the first half, giving the Lions a 1-0 lead.
• The Sailfish had an opportunity to even the score on a penalty kick, but
Delaine Wilkinson came up with the save. Wilkinson followed with another big stop shortly after to keep the Lions ahead 1-0 heading into halftime.

• It took just two minutes into the second half for the Lions to strike again, as

• The Sailfish quickly answered back, scoring two goals within four minutes of each other to even the match at 2-2.
• Palm Beach Atlantic scored the go-ahead goal in the 75th minute, taking a 3-2 lead that they would hold onto for the remainder of the match.
