Bloomfield, N.J.- The Bloomfield College men's basketball squad made easy work of visiting Georgian Court University, 93-65, in Saturday's Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action.

The Bears reach the .500 mark at 11-11 overall (10-5 CACC) while the Lions tumble to 5-17 (4-11 CACC) on the year.

Nick Davidson (So.-Lumberton, N.J.) paced Bloomfield with his 24 points, which included an impressive six three-pointers. Juan Brown (So.-Annapolis, Md.) followed with 12 points of his own. Claude Blue (Sr.-Brooklyn, N.Y.) provided 11 points and a game-best seven rebounds while Safee Abdus-Sabur (Fr.-Newark, N.J.) reached double-digits with his 10 points.

Juwuan Carter served as GCU's top scorer with his 16 points, including 7-for-13 from the floor. Michael Pierre dropped in 13 points with a team-best three three-pointers.

The Lions return to the hardwood Tuesday night with a CACC divisional road contest at Holy Family University.
