Rutherford, N.J.- The Georgian Court University men's basketball squad still seeks its first road victory of the season as the Lions faltered at Felician University Saturday afternoon with a 79-58 setback vs. the Golden Falcons in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action.

The Lions slip to 1-17 (1-9 CACC) on the year while Felician snaps a six-game losing streak to improve to 7-11 (4-6 CACC) overall.

Things got of hand quickly for the visitors as the Golden Falcons coasted to a 43-19 advantage after the initial 20:00 of action while closing out the frame on a 9-0 run.

The Felician surplus would crest at 28 points when a Terrell Spaulding (So.-Paterson, N.J.) three-pointer put the home team ahead, 51-23, 2:03 into the second session. Despite what the scoreboard stated, Georgian Court never rolled over as the Lions outscored the Golden Falcons, 39-36, in the second half.

Nikola Vujovic carried the Lions with 17 points and eight rebounds on the day. Luka Zgonjanin added nine points and five boards for GCU.

Five Felician players achieved double-digits in the scoring column, led by Spaulding's game-high 24 points. The Golden Falcons made it rain in Job Gymnasium by dropping in 15 (35 attempts) three-pointers in the triumph.

GCU returns home Tuesday evening for a CACC contest vs. Goldey-Beacom College. Start time is set for 8:00 p.m.
