Box Score Lakewood, N.J.- The Georgian Court University men's basketball squad concluded the home portion of its 2016-17 game schedule Thursday evening as the Lions honored its quartet of seniors prior to a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) divisional home game vs. Philadelphia University.

Keith Hughes,
Chaz Wisuri, and
Luka Zgonjanin in a pre-game ceremony before falling to the visiting Rams, 84-63. Philadelphia, winners of four straight, improve to 18-8 (14-3 CACC) while the Lions fall to 1-25 (1-17 CACC).Â
The Rams cruised into intermission with a comfortable 49-28 cushion, but the Lions battled to the end by tying Philadelphia, 35-35, in the second stanza.
Josh Bradanese (Fr.-Billerica, Mass.) topped all scorers with 24 points on the evening, which included three three-pointers.
Kaison Randolph (Jr.-Trenton, N.J.) followed with 19 of his own, draining 9-of-12 from the charity stripe.
Andre Gibbs (Sr.-Smyrna, Del.) registered 16 points and five assists while
Malcolm Gilbert (Sr.-Smyrna, Del.)Â came within one rebound and one block (14 points, nine rebounds, nine blocks) of a triple-double.
Kylan Guerra (Fr.-White Plains, N.Y.) provided 11 points, seven assists, and two steals in the victory.
On the home front, Capellan paced the Lions with 14 points, 12 of which came from three-point range. Zgonjanin added 13 points of his own while
Caleb Bowser contributed 11 points, including 5-of-5 shooting from the free-throw line.
Juwuan Carter fell one point short of his third double-double of the year (10 rebounds, nine points).
The Lions return to action Saturday afternoon with a non-conference road game at St. Thomas Aquinas College. Tip-off is slated for 1:00 p.m.
