Lakewood, N.J. - Head coach Terrence Stewart announced today that NCAA Division I transfer, Olisa Ngonadi, will be joining the Georgian Court University men's basketball program this fall as a member of the squad's Class of 2023. The '6 8", 215-lb. forward joins the Lions after two seasons with Robert Morris University of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC).

"Olisa is going to be a great addition to our team," stated Coach Stewart. He is active above the rim and an inside presence on both ends of the floor. An ultra-athletic big that will allow us to play inside-out more effectively, his length and athleticism on the interior will be something that we have never had here at Georgian Court!"

Originally from Nigeria, Ngonadi played his scholastic basketball at National Christian Academy in Fort Washington, Md. where he averaged 12.0 points and 11.7 rebounds as a senior. The Capital Beltway Athletic Association First Team selection and honor roll student went on to join RMU, playing in 17 total games with the Colonials.

Olisa will study business management this fall at Georgian Court.
