Previously
• The 2022-23 indoor season ended with the Lion men hoisting their fourth straight ECC Championship trophy.
• On the women's side, the Lions finished in second place.
• During the cross country season, the Lion men had a second place finish at the conference meet. They also had their highest finish in program history at regionals placing 10th.
• Two cross country records fell during the year as
Xavier Seals broke the school's 8K record and
Alec Valle bettered his own 10K record.
• Women's cross country took a seventh place finish at this year's CACC Championships.
Who's Back?
• The women's roster is full of returners this season with plenty of sophomores and juniors.
• Distance runners,
Niya Barden,
Amirah Beasley,
Selma Cazimoska,
Madalin Jones and
Brenna Sullivan are back for another year on the track.Â
• Sprinters
Aaliyah Thorpe,
Molly Burns, and
Samantha Lonseth return.
• On the jumps crew are
Ingrid Rivera-Zuniga,
Malama Toure and
Shalom Adzakro.
Nina Casalino and
Tiffany Parajon return in the vertical jumps.

Sheridan Martinez heads up the Lion throwers.
• For the men, they have experience with seniors

• Juniors
Robbie Babson,
Domenico Darcy,
CJ Miranda,
Dylan Navarro, Wayne Robison and Julien Rodriguez are all back along with sophomores

Joseph Jamolawicz and
Thomas Rosky.
Who's New?
• The Georgian Court men have a bevy of freshman on this year's roster. There's 17 freshman for the men.
• The sprint group got rebuilt with six freshman. The throws crew welcomes four freshmen while there are also three freshman jumpers.
