Previously vs. New Haven
• This will be the fourth all-time meeting between the Lions and Chargers.
• GCU is 1-2 all-time against New Haven, though the Chargers have won two straight.
• Last year in Connecticut, the Lions and Chargers met opening weekend.
• GCU led by three at the half, but the Chargers stormed back thanks to a 43-point second half. and went on to win 78-71.
• Imani Gillette had one of her best games as a freshman leading the Lions with 16 points and 13 rebounds.

Last Time Out
• Due to all the missed games, it'll be 15 days between contests for the Lions. Their last game came in the CACC opener back on Dec. 2.
• At Holy Family, the Lions were done in by a 23-5 Tiger second quarter and eventually fell 80-51.
• Safiatu Kolliegbo scored 14 with eight rebounds to lead GCU.

• Safiatu Kolliegbo is fifth in the league scoring 15 points per game. 
• Karissa Smedley is ninth in the CACC with 2.9 offensive rebounds per game.

• Karissa Smedley has scored eight or more points in two of her last three games and has 24 rebounds during that stretch. 
• Safiatu Kolliegbo has double-digit points in six of seven games this season. She matched a season-high eight rebounds in the Lions last game. 
• Samantha Jones scored a season-high second points in 23 minutes against Holy Family. 
• Niyell McCargo has at least two FGM in four straight games.

• Erika Aspajo is one three-pointer away from 50. 
• Safiatu Kolliegbo will hit 50 rebounds with nine more.

About New Haven
• After starting the year 2-0 with wins over CACC foes Wilmington and Goldey-Beacom, New Haven has dropped five straight.
• During the five-game losing streak, scoring has been a challenge for the Chargers who have failed to reach 50 points in four of those five games.
• While scoring has been a struggle, the UNH defense has been strong. They're 11th in the country allowing just 53.4 points per game. They've held opponents to just 25.8 shooting from three as well.
• Lindsay Hogan is at the center of the New Haven offense averaging 15.3 points per game and shooting 50% overall and 51.6% from three.
• Aurora Deshaies is averaging a double-double with 11.4 points and 10.0 rebounds per contest. 
• New Haven is slightly in the negatives in turnover margin losing the ball 104 times and forcing 99 turnovers.
