• The Lions kept things close early on, but a 23-11 second quarter pushed the Greyhounds in front as they rolled to a 73-47 win.
• Niyell McCargo scored 13 to lead GCU.
• Julia Whesper added nine, seven coming in a 58-second span.
• Jada Jacobs had a big day with four points, six boards, six steals, two assists and a blocked shot.

• Safiatu Kolliegbo is ninth in the league scoring 13.8 points per game. She's also fourth with 131 field goal attempts. 
• Karissa Smedley is ninth in the CACC with 2.9 offensive rebounds per game. 
• The Lions are sixth in steals per game with 8.1.
• Shooting 24.5% from three has the Lions seventh in the CACC.

Who's Hot?
• Niyell McCargo is the reigning CACC Rookie of the Week. She averaged 15.5 points and 8.5 rebounds in two games last week with her first career double-double. 
• Safiatu Kolliegbo has double-digit points in seven of nine games this season. 
• Julia Whesper is averaging five points per game over her last three.
• Jada Jacobs has eight steals and nine rebounds in her last two games.

About Goldey-Beacom
• Goldey-Beacom is also off to a slow start this season at 1-11.

• GBC does have some nice pieces in Katie Yoder and Rory Ciszkowski. Yoder leads the team scoring 15 points per game, third in the CACC. Ciszkowski is also in double-figures at 12.3.
• The Lightning do a good job of getting to the foul line. Their 20.5 free throw attempts and 15 makes per game both lead the league. As a team, GBC is shooting 73% at the free throw line.
• Goldey-Beacom is also adept at shooting from distance as their 31.6% three-point percentage ranks second in the CACC and their 6.6 three-pointers per game leads the conference.
• The Lightning have struggled with turnovers and their -4.64 turnover margin is near the bottom of the CACC.

About Monmouth
• Division I Monmouth is red-hot as they come out of the break winners of four straight. 
• The Hawks are shooting 40% from the floor, 30% from three and 68% at the free throw line.
• Monmouth makes life difficult on the glass with nearly a +7 rebounding margin.
• Kaci Donovan leads Monmouth scoring 13.8 points per game and is hitting 41% from three.
