Gameday Promotion
• It will be quite the morning leading up the Lions and Falcons at noon. Beginning at 9 a.m., Georgian Court will hold a clinic for National Girls and Women in Sports Day. The clinic will feature multiple sports including basketball, soccer and martial arts. That will take place in the GCU Wellness Center arena.
• Following the clinic, former Team USA Judo member and 6th degree black belt Jean Kanokogi will do a demonstration and will also have copies of her book: Get Up an Fight.
• Inside the lobby will be tables with games, arts, crafts, food, pictures Roary and more.
• Additionally, the Lions will be recognizing GCU Hall of Famer Carol Walters prior to the game.
• It is also GCU Faculty and Staff Appreciation Day. All faculty and staff are welcome to attend and any who did not receive their free gift in the fall can pick it up Saturday.
• The Georgian Court Blue and Gold Athletic Club will be on hand as well with VIP seating and accommodations for Blue and Gold Club members

• Georgian Court snapped a seven-game losing streak to the Golden Falcons last season with a 70-62 win in Rutherford.
• All-time the Lions are just 2-8 against Felician, and 0-5 at home.
• Trailing by six at the half, the Lions stormed back scoring 40 in the second half of their win.

• Georgian Court had another halftime lead they were unable to hang on to Wednesday at Goldey-Beacom.
• The Lions were up five, and pushed that to as much as 10 early in the second half.
• The Lightning stormed back to tie midway through the second.
• It remained a one-possession game much of the rest of the way. GBC started to pull away late and ended the game on a 16-5 run of their 73-61 win.
