Men's Basketball Opens 2025 On The Road at Felician

LAKEWOOD, NJ (Jan. 3, 2025) - Georgian Court Men's Basketball hops right into conference play to start the 2025 calendar year.

Previously vs. Felician
• All time against the Golden Falcons, Georgian Court is 2-9 with both of those wins coming on the road.
• In 2023, the Lions snapped a seven-game losing streak to Felician with a 70-62 triumph.
• Last season in Lakewood, the Lions nearly pulled off a comeback win. 
• Trailing by seven at the half, the Lions rallied and took a lead late in the second half. Clint Wright, Jr. went 3-3 at the foul line and put GCU up 65-61 with 2:12 remaining.
• Felician though responded and closed the game on a 7-0 run and pulled off a 68-65 win.
• Wright, Jr. led the Lions scoring 22 points while Taheen Braswell-Brown added 15. 

Last Time Out
• Georgian Court gave No. 7 Fairmont State all they could handle in the Lions final game before the break.
• The Lions never led, but never went away either.
Miles White put GCU within one, 64-63, with 1:17 left to play, but Fairmont scored the final five points and escaped with a 69-63 win. 
• White scored a career-high 22 points hitting 5-8 from three.

• Cam Edmonds is five assists away from 100 in his career and five made field goals short of 200. 
• Justin Harper is two assists shy of 50. 
Jacob Santiago needs two points and Miles White just one to reach 50.

• Cam Edmonds is third in the CACC scoring 21.1 points per game and is sixth in steals per game.  
Khalil Baker is sixth in the CACC in field goal percentage at 57% overall. 
• Donavin Crawford and Edmonds each rank in the top-10 in three-pointers made per game. Edmonds is also third in three-point percentage. 
• Justin Soranno is sixth in the league in blocks per game and 19th in rebounding. 
• No team in the conference attempts more three-pointers than Georgian Court at 26.6.
