LAKEWOOD,NJ (Oct.27,2025) -Georgian Court Women's Soccer freshman Meghan Moore scored the game-winning goal in the Lions win against Dominican on Saturday.

Moore has played in all 13 games this season for the Lions. With just over a minute remaining in the game, Moore stepped up to take a corner. She curled it perfectly, forcing the Dominican goalkeeper to make a save, but the ball had already crossed the line. Moore scored the game-winning goal to give the Lions a 3-2 win over Dominican. 

This is the first CACC Rookie of the Week award for Moore. Moore is ready to continue her offensive contributions tomorrow as the Lions travel to play Goldey-Beacom Tuesday at 3 pm.
