NEW HAVEN, Conn. (June 10, 2025) - The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) started to roll out their Spring 2025 Academic Awards. First up is lacrosse as the league announced those who made the All-Academic Team.
Georgian Court Men's Lacrosse put 10 on the All-Academic Team. In order for student-athletes to be eligible, they must have completed a minimum of two semesters at their current institution with a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.50* following the preceding term. They must also be a second-year student-athlete and have used a season of NCAA competition during the current season.Â
The 10 members to make the All-Academic Team were the most by any school in the league. Only one other school had more than six.
Nine of the 10 Lions on the All-Academic Team are repeat winners from the 2024 season.
James Sanford and
Millan Webster each earned their straight nod to the CACC All-Academic Team. As a sophomore in his first year eligible,
Zach Myers is the only Lion making his first appearance on the squad.
Juniors
Tyler Burns and
Vincent Burns are once again on the team. Tyler has a 3.66 GPA in Business Administration and Vincent a 3.91 GPA in Accounting.
Sebastien Castillo and
Alan Hernandez-Flores are both junior Business Administration majors. Castillo has a 3.90 GPA and Hernandez-Flores a 3.58 GPA.
Tyler Michalski makes his second All-Academic Team with a 3.78 GPA in Criminal Justice.
Myers is the lone sophomore for GCU on the All-Academic Team. He has a 3.97 GPA in Health Sciences. Senior
James Sanford has a 3.84 GPA while studying Finance and is on the team for the third straight season. Juniors
Brodie Seaborn and
Hunter Rindos are on it for the second time. Seaborn has a 3.66 GPA in Business Administration and Rindos a 3.54 GPA in Criminal Justice.
Millan Webster is also on the team for the third straight year with a 3.95 GPA in Exercise Science.
* The preceding academic term when grades were submitted was the Fall, 2024 semester. Grades from the Spring, 2025 semester were not included in the All-Academic team calculation.
