• The Lions increased their distance in the second race of the season at the Kutztown DII Challenge.
• The men raced their first 8K of the season while the women ran their first 6K.

Zachary Spoonire led GCU, running a personal-best 8K time of 28:22.

Sophia Mauro led the Lion women across 6K running 27:10.1.
Previously at Stockton
• It wasn't the Osprey Open, but back in 2023, Georgian Court started the season at the Stockton Season Opener.
• It was the first collegiate race for
Joe Jamolawicz and
Ryan Pettrow who finished back-to-back on the 6K course running 20:12.99 and 20:20.07.

Brenna Sullivan is the only current Lion on the women's team who ran at Stockton. She ran 23:20.10 for the 5K race.
About the Course
• This is typically a very fast and flat course.
• It features a series of loops which makes it spectator friendly.
• The terrain covers grass, dirt roads and wooded trails.
