Last Time Out
• Georgian Court got the season started playing at Lynn.
• The Fighting Knights were in midseason form as they already had nearly a dozen games under their belt before the weekend.
• The Lions scored three runs in each game, but Lynn pummeled the ball, scoring 70 runs in three games.

• There were eight Lions who took more than 100 at bats last year and four are back for 2026.

Larry Rodriguez all started at least 34 games last year.
• Also back that saw significant playing time are

Joshua Moreno who each took 88 at bats and appeared in more than 30 games.
• On the mound, the Lions return four of their six top innings eaters from last year.
Ryan Bilello threw 40.2 innings to lead the team.

Jaydon Cabezudo and
Samir Lopez, who each picked up two wins are back in the fold as well.
• Lopez and
Eduardo Eble-Lacouture finished 2025 strong. Lopez didn't allow a run over his final six appearances spanning 9.2 innings. Eble-Lacouture allowed just a run in six innings pitched.

St. Thomas Aquinas Spartans
• STAC played in three games last weekend, going 2-1.
• They split a doubleheader with Bentley in Myrtle Beach, SC and defeated CACC foe Chestnut Hill as well.
• The Spartan offense was rolling scoring 11 runs per game with a .430 team batting average.
• Nick Oelcher is hitting .700 with seven hits in 10 at bats and RBI.

Clarion Golden Eagles
• After winning their first two games of the season, Clarion was swept in a three-game set at Salem.
• The Golden Eagles pitching has surrenders double-digit runs in just one of their first five games.
• That staff with a team ERA of 4.86 is anchored by Zach Kelly who's made two starts and allowing just two earned runs. Luke Pietrandrea has 10 punchouts in 5.2 innings.
• As a team, Clarion is hitting .275. Randy Carlo has seven hits and seven runs scored in 16 at bats.
• Defense has been an Achilles heel for Clarion. They've made 15 errors in five games.

West Virginia Wesleyan Bobcats
• Like GCU, WVW is 0-3 to start the season.
• They were swept by Thomas More in Kentucky.

• Twins Anthony Hernandez and Alex Hernandez combined to throw 10.2 innings giving up six earned runs with five strikeouts.
