Men's Lacrosse is at STAC For Final Nonconference Game of 2026

LAKEWOOD, NJ (March 24, 2026) - After a brief reprieve from the CACC schedule, Georgian Court Men's Lacrosse is right back into conference play with a home game tomorrow afternoon.

Previously vs. St. Thomas Aquinas
• Georgian Court puts their 11-game winning streak on the line this week against the Spartans.
• The Lions are 11-0 all-time in a rivalry that dates back to Georgian Court first season of 2016. Two of the Lions wins in their inaugural season came against the Spartans in 2026.
• GCU has scored at least 15 goals against STAC in six straight games. 
• Last season at home, Georgian Court picked up a 17-10 win. 
• Tied at two, GCU scored five straight and eight of the next nine goals to take a commanding 10-3 lead.
• Four Lions had multiple goals led by Brett Bridges's six. Doug Mackenzie added five.

Last Time Out
• Georgian Court won their second straight CACC contest, 17-7 over Dominican.
• The Lions led 5-1 after the first quarter and after the Chargers got back to within two, 6-4, GCU scored eight straight goals.
• Five different Lions scored at least three goals. Just the second time in program history five Lions recorded hat tricks.
• Georgian Court's defense was on point allowing just 16 shots on goal.

• One more turnover will get Christian Smith to 25.
Harrison Jordan is 11 points away from 100.
Tyler Burns needs one more goal for 40.
Brodie Seaborn is two ground balls shy of 50.
Daniel Devitt needs nine faceoff wins to get to 200. He'd be the fifth Lion to reach that total.

• Malik Alzubi has three or more ground balls in five straight games and two or more caused turnovers in three of his last four. 
• Christian Smith has 11 ground balls over his last two games. 
Drew Barocas had a season-best eight points against Dominican.

• The Lions are second in the CACC and seventh nationally with 15.4 saves per game. 
• On the ground, GCU is second in total ground balls with 261. 
• Nearly 29% of all Georgian Court's shots have resulted in goals. That ranks third in the league.
• Harrison Jordan is up to seventh in total goals. 
• Vincent Burkhart is leading the conference with 118 saves in net and his 14.75  saves per game are the second most in the country. 
• Drew Barocas is second in the CACC with 16 assists. 
• Christian Smith ranks eighth in total ground balls. Both he and Malik Alzubi are tied for 12th in caused turnovers.
