LAKEWOOD, NJ (April 27th 2026) - Georgian Court presents this week's Kessler Athlete of the Week awards to Baseball's Jack Greenspan and Women's Track and Field's Sophia Mauro. 

Kessler is the official physical therapy partner of Georgian Court Athletics. Their team of movement experts will be on campus to provide athletic training services to the student-athletes. ⁣With over 10 physical therapy centers in the surrounding community, students, faculty, and staff can experience the power of physical therapy close to campus.

In last week's games, Greenspan recorded a .526 on-base percentage along with a .438 slugging percentage, highlighting a strong stretch at the plate.
 

Mauro set a new GCU school record in the 1500m with a time of 4:51.30, improving her personal best by 13 seconds. Her performance ranks third in the conference, and she placed third overall in the event.
