INDIANAPOLIS (June 16, 2026) - This week the College Sports Communicators (CSC) released their At-Large sports Academic All-District teams. Among the At-Large sports recognized in the category, the only one Georgian Court sponsors is Lacrosse. The Lions Men's Lacrosse team put six on the CSC Academic All-District At-Large Team this season.

The 2026 Academic All-District® At-Large Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

The CSC requires both academic and athletic standards to maintain to be eligible for the Academic All-District Team. Student-athletes must have at least a cumulative GPA of 3.50 and be of sophomore or higher academic standing. Nominees must have also competed in 90% of an institutions games or started at least 66% of games. 

Georgian Court's six Academic All-District honorees include Vincent Burkhart, Vincent Burns, Harrison Jordan, Zach Myers, Brodie Seaborn, and Jeremiah Slaven. 

Burkhart is a senior from Stillwater, MN who graduated with a 3.51 GPA in Marketing. He'll go down as one of the greatest goaltenders not only at Georgian Court, but in CACC history as he departs as the conference all-time leader in wins and saves. This season, Burkhart started all 13 games making 160 saves with a .528 save percentage and 11.61 goals against average. This is Burkhart's second career CSC Academic All-District award. 

Burns is another senior with a 3.90 GPA while studying Accounting. The Howell, NJ native set career-highs this season scoring 21 goals and 26 points. The senior attackman was a major contributor offensively and defensively where he also came up with 24 ground balls and caused nine turnovers. His per-game averages in goals, points, ground balls and caused turnovers are all career-bests. This is Burns' second career CSC Academic All-District award. 

Jordan, from Valley Cottage, NY, finished the 2026 as the team-leader in points with 41. He scored 29 goals and added 12 assists. His 29 goals and 41 points set career-highs. Jordan graduates in 2026 as a Psychology major with a 3.56 GPA. He also surpassed 100 career points this season, finishing with 109 in his four seasons. 

Myers had a breakout season playing all 13 games and starting 10. He scored a career-best 19 goals and 28 points. He scored multiple goals in seven games and finished the year with multiple goals in six of his last seven games. In the classroom, the Garnet Valley, PA junior was extremely successful with a 3.99 GPA in Health Sciences. 

Seaborn finished his four years at Georgian Court with a 3.69 GPA in Business Administration. He led the Lions this season with a career-high 31 goals scored while also passing out seven assists and coming up with 20 ground balls. The Calgary, Alberta, Canada native finished his career setting a new GCU single-game record scoring eight goals in the season finale against Caldwell. This is Seborn's second career CSC Academic All-District award. 

Slaven was in his first year at Georgian Court in 2026. The defenseman from Holtsville, NY finished his junior year with a 3.89 GPA in Exercise Science. He started 12 games for the Lions and was a driving force on defense with 27 ground balls and nine caused turnovers.
