LAKEWOOD, NJ (Aug, 31st 2026) - Georgian Court presents this week's Kessler Athlete of the Week awards to Men's Soccer Sander Rynning and Volleyball's Ava Churnesky. 

Kessler is the official physical therapy partner of Georgian Court Athletics. Their team of movement experts will be on campus to provide athletic training services to the student-athletes. ⁣With over 10 physical therapy centers in the surrounding community, students, faculty, and staff can experience the power of physical therapy close to campus.

Rynning scored one goal and had one assist in the Lions opening week of games.
 

Churnesky had 52 kills and 39 digs in Volleyball's opening weekend.
