MILLERSVILLE, PA- The Georgian Court University tennis team lost at Millersville University, 5-4, Tuesday afternoon in the season opener for both squads.

Senior Natalie Grieci represented the Lions (0-1) at #6 singles, winning 6-0, 6-2. She also teamed with sophomore Victoria Gaffney for an 8-6 victory at #3 doubles.

Junior Hilary Gall (#3) and senior Lindsay Hammond (#5) were also victorious for GCU in singles action.

Millersville improves to 1-0.

The Lions open their home slate this Friday with a 3:00 PM match vs. Queens College at the Ellen Mullane Gallagher Tennis Center.
