Philadelphia, Pa.-The Georgian Court University women's tennis team dropped a 7-2 decision at the University of the Sciences in the first of four spring matches on the schedule for the Lions. GCU drops to 3-12 on the year as the Devils improve to 3-11.
Melissa Dennis earned a victory in her first spring action, besting USciences'
Anna Vo, 8-4, in #3 singles.
Meredith Hoffman, in her Georgian Court tennis debut, defeated USciences'
Desiree Vassalotti, 8-4, in the #4 singles position.
GCU next takes the court on Tuesday, April 9th at Shippensburg University. Start time is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
