GAME TWOTaking on Shippensburg in the finale, GCU jumped out to an initial 3-0 lead in the top of the first after an RBI hit-by-pitch by

However, the Raiders (1-0), countered with a pair of runs in the first, second, and fourth frames to take a 6-3 lead. Georgian Court plated a run in the top of the sixth after a Grainger triple and Aplin sac fly to cut the deficit to 6-4, but a Shippensburg three-spot in the bottom of the frame, courtesy of two long-balls, wrapped up the 9-4 win.
Liz Parkins (Sr.-Harleysville, Pa.) went the distance for the Warriors while Sorochka was tagged with the defeat for GCU.
Schroeder (2-for-4, R), Grainger (2-for-2, R) and
