• The Lions swept Alliance last season 8-3 and 12-4 in five innings.
• Game one saw four GCU home runs, two from Alyssa Rue.
• Game two GCU relied on precision over power. Kaitlyn Stufft finished 3-4 with six RBI.

Previously vs. Felician

• Last season, neither game made it past five innings with the Lions winning 10-2 and 13-5.
• The Lions led game one 3-2 before scoring seven unanswered. An error in the fifth ended the game due to the run-rule.
