Previously vs. Holy Family
• Georgian Court and Holy Family have met more than 60 times with GCU leading the all-time series 47-16.
• The Lions have won 12 straight against the Tigers.
• Just like last season, these two teams are meeting in the opening round of the CACC Tournament.
• Last season GCU took all three games against the Tigers. They swept the regular season doubleheader 4-0 and 7-3. The two teams met again in round one of the CACC Tournament, a 5-1 Lions win.
• Holy Family paid a visit to Lakewood to close out the regular season and Georgian Court was not the most gracious host. The Lions won both games 3-2 on walk-off hits. An eighth-inning walk-off home run from

• It was a thrilling afternoon for the Lions as they swept Holy Family last Wednesday winning each game 3-2.

Jayda Jones hit a walk-off home run in game one to win it in eight innings.
• Game two saw the Lions down 2-1 entering the final inning.
Kaitlyn Stufft had the walk-off hit in that one, a single to drive in two.

Playoff Picture
• Georgian Court is ranked sixth in this week's NCAA Regional Rankings. Those rankings don't reflect this past week's games where the Lions went 6-0.
• The first round this season will be held on campus sites with 1-4 seeds hosting Seeds 5-8 need to win two games to advance. The high seeds need to just win once.
• Georgian Court earned the number three seed in the CACC Tournament and will host No. 6 seed Holy Family, who was their final opponent of the regular season.
• Other CACC Tournament matchups include: No. 1 Wilmington vs. No. 8 Goldey-Beacom, No. 2 Caldwell vs. No. 7 Bloomfield, and No. 4 Bridgeport vs. No. 5 Felician.

• Within the conference, Georgian Court has one of the most potent offenses. They rank in the top-five in nearly every offensive category.
