Previously vs. Post
• Last season, GCU picked up their 11th straight win over the Eagles which is the longest winning streak in the series.
• The winning streak came to an end in game two of the doubleheader with Post walking off with an 11-10 win.
• Georgian Court got a great pitching performance in game one for a 5-2 win. The Lions broke a 2-2 tie in the seventh scoring three times to get the win.
Kaitlyn Stufft homered in the first inning.
• In game two, Post scored nine runs in the fourth inning to take a 9-2 lead. The Lions made a furious comeback including scoring six in the sixth helped out by another Stufft home run.
• After leaving two on in the seventh in a 10-10 game, Post went walk, sacrifice bunt, RBI single for the walk-off win.
Previously vs. Bridgeport
• Last season was Bridgeport's first in the CACC so these two don't have an extensive history, but they have played every year since 2017 except for 2021 when nonconference games weren't played.
• In the doubleheader in Lakewood, the team's split with Bridgeport winning 6-4 in the first before the Lions run-ruled the Purple Knights 11-3 in six innings in game two.
• A one out Bridgeport home run in the seventh tied the game at four. They then scored two runs on three hits in the eighth while GCU couldn't get a run across.
• The Lions scored 11 runs on 14 hits in game two getting four RBI hits in the first.
Brittany Gable ended the game in the sixth with a walk off bunt single.
Last Time Out
• Coming off a sweep at the hands of Wilmington, Georgian Court split Thursday afternoon with Felician.

Janelle Blaszka threw a one-hitter to earn a 4-1 win in game one.
• Game two saw the bats come to life for both teams.
• Felician scored in each of the first four innings and with the game tied at six, took a 9-6 lead after three and led the rest of the way in an 11-6 win.
