Men's Basketball Takes on NE10's Pace Tuesday Afternoon

LAKEWOOD, NJ (Dec. 15, 2025) - Georgian Court Men's Basketball is back in action Tuesday night for a nonconference battle in New York.

Previously vs. Pace
• Georgian Court and Pace are meeting for the first time since the 2019-20 season.
• They had met in five of the Lions first seven years as a program.
• In all five of those games, Pace came out on top.
• Playing in Pleasantville the Lions are 0-2.
• The Setters have scored at least 70 points in all five games while the Lions broke the 70 point barrier in two. 

Individual Milestones
• Cam Edmonds is 10 free throws away from making 400 in his career. 
• Anthony Rivera needs 15 points to reach 300.
• Donavin Crawford needs two three-pointers to hit 100 and would be the fifth Lion to do so. 
• Amar Lane and Tesneem Ajeigbe are both already in the Lions single-season top-10 for blocked shots. Lane has swatted 20 while Ajeigbe has 17. The Lions single season record stands at 31.

Who's Hot?
• Anthony Rivera has had double-digit rebounds in three of his last four games and scored a career-high 25 points at Bridgeport.
Cam Edmonds had another 25+ point game, his sixth of the season, against Bridgeport.
Amar Lane has a block in all 10 games this season.

Double Dipping
• Cam Edmonds has scored at least 10 points in 34 straight games.
• That broke Caleb Bowser's record from January, 2019-February, 2020 of 31 straight games. 

Frequent Flyers
• Between Dec. 9 and Dec. 16, Georgian Court will have played four games.
• Interestingly, all four games took place in different states.
• Before their game Tuesday in New York, the Lions played in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Connecticut. 
• That's actually happened a number of times in program history, including a stretch of five straight games playing in Florida, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts in 2018-19. 

CACC Leaders
• Georgian Court is up at the top of the league in a couple of defensive categories.
• Their 5.2 blocks per game are second in the league and are 15th nationally. 
• Georgian Court is also third in field goal percentage defense as teams are shooting 42.1%.
• Led by Cam Edmonds, GCU is second in free throws made per game. 
Amar Lane leads the league with 20 blocks and is second with 2.22 per game. Tesneem Ajeigbe is third with 17 and his 1.70 swats per game rank fourth.
• Cam Edmonds is second in the CACC averaging 22.5 points per game. He's also leading the league and D2 with both 100 free throws made and 126 free throw attempts.
• Donavin Crawford sits eighth in the CACC with 19 made three-pointers.
• Anthony Rivera's 6.7 rebounds per game are eighth in the CACC. 

The New CACC
• This season, the CACC will have a new look to it. The league currently stands at 11 teams with Bloomfield having departed after the 2024-25 academic year.
• The league has also done away with the North and South Divisions in favor of a single set of standings with all 11 teams. 
• Additionally, there's been changes to the league schedule. Teams will now play all CACC opponents twice, once at home and once on the road.  

About Pace
• Pace sits at 4-3 on the season and have alternated wins and losses most of the season.
• They've played six of their first seven at home and are 3-3 in Pleasantville. 
• The Setters defense is one of the best in Division II allowing just 63 points per game, which also leads the NE10.
• Teams are shooting 40.6% against Pace, who are also forcing almost 13 turnovers per game.
• Pace also isn't giving the ball up often, just 12.6 turnovers per game.
• Three Setters are scoring 12 or more points per game led by Jaden Kealey's 12.7. He's also teh team's leading rebounder with eight per game.
• At the line, Pace is at the very bottom of Division II, shooting just 53.5%.
• They are cleaning up on the glass as their +7.4 rebound margin is second in the NE10, 35th in the country out of 289 teams.
