CACC Action
• Georgian Court plays in the CACC North Division, as opposed to the South like they do in Basketball and Volleyball.
• The CACC schedules inter-division games as weekend doubleheaders, Saturday and Sunday, with each team playing a home and away doubleheader.
• Out of division doubleheaders, like Wednesday vs. Holy Family, are a single doubleheader played during the week.

Holy Family Tigers
• Holy Family enters the midweek doubleheader at 8-10 overall and 3-3 in the CACC.
• They've been hot of late winning three straight and are 7-8 when playing at home.
• The Tigers are a year ahead of the Lions. They started their baseball program in 2024 and finished 20-27 overall and 11-13 in the CACC.
• HFU has a team ERA greater than 7.00. Last week in a midweek doubleheader, Brian Williams and Alexander Ortiz got the starts on the mound.
• Christian Mote is leading the team hitting .441. The Tigers overall are hitting .294 which is fourth in the league.
• They have eight home runs on the season, led by Torin McKenzie's three and 14 RBI. He's done that in just 10 games after missing the first eight to start the season.
• The Tigers like to run the bases. They have 69 stolen bases which is third in the CACC.

Head Coach Arlan Freeman
• Coach Freeman is in his 15th season of collegiate coaching and seventh as a head coach. He Georgian Court is the second program he has started from the ground up, doing the same at St. Elizabeth University in Morristown, NJ.
• That came after his first head coaching stint at New Paltz, where he was head coach for two season, earning the SUNYAC Coach of the Year award
• He has spent time as an assistant coach at NCAA Division II Universities, Barry, Lynn and Felician and Division III Stevens Institue of Technology.
• Freeman has also worked professionally within the Cape Cod League.
Baseball at Georgian Court
• With the start of the Baseball season, Georgian Court now sponsors 16 sports, seven men's and nine women's.

Inaugural Schedule
• The first eight games Georgian Court will play this year will all be on the road, against six different teams.
• Following their series against Erskine, GCU will play single games with Staten Island, West Virginia Wesleyan, New Haven, Lynn and Bentley.
• The Lions first ever home game will coincide with their first ever conference game. They host Post Saturday, March 15 at the Jackson Justice Complex.
• The CACC is split into two divisions, North and South, much like Basketball and Volleyball. However unlike Basketball and Volleyball, the Lions will compete in the CACC North Division this season.
• Georgian Court has 50 games on their schedule, 18 at home and 32 on the road. Of the 50, 36 are conference games.
