Previously vs. Wilmington
• Georgian Court has seen Wilmington plenty over the years, and that hasn't necessarily been a good thing for the Lions.
• All-time GCU is 16-32 against Wilmington and the Wildcats have won 10 of the last 11 dating back to 2022.
• Last season was the first time they met just twice since 2018, not including the COVID-19 shortened seasons.
• Wilmington won a pair of run-rule shortened games last year in Wilmington 8-0 and 12-2.

• Georgian Court split a series at Felician over the weekend.

• The Wildcats can beat you in a lot of different ways. They have very experienced pitching led by Delani Sheehan and Kylee Gunkel who have a combined 13 wins.
• As a staff, Wilmington has a 3.59 ERA and 143 strikeouts to 89 walks in 189 innings.
• The defense is also sound with a fielding percentage approaching .960.
• Wilmington has 10 long balls on the year led by Eve Serrato's three. She's driven in 18 runs as well.
• Haley Grygo has six doubles and driven in 18 as well with 11 stolen bases.
• Two-way player Maddie Vollmar is hitting .392 with seven doubles in 74 at bats. She's also thrown 18.2 innings with a 1.88 ERA and 15 punchouts.
