LAKEWOOD, NJ (April 14, 2025) - Georgian Court is proud to announce this week's Kessler Athletes of the Week to Baseball's
Jack Greenspan and Acrobatics and Tumbling's
Allie Pompliano!
Kessler is the official physical therapy partner of Georgian Court Athletics. Their team of movement experts will be on campus to provide athletic training services to the student-athletes. With over 10 physical therapy centers in the surrounding community, students, faculty and staff can experience the power of physical therapy close to campus.
Greenspan continued to hit the ball well in two games for GCU last week. He led the team batting .429 with a .444 on-base percentage and three runs batted in. He drove in a run in each game, reached base in each and finished 3-4 against Mercy.
Pompliano helped Georgian Court to their highest ever team score, 216.150 in the Lions final Acrobatics and Tumbling meet of the season. Pompliano competed in multiple events, including as a part of the quad pass and her first time doing the open pass in the tumbling event. She was a big part of the Lions new record 72.10 in the team event as well.
While Acrobatics and Tumbling's season is over, you can catch Greenspan and Georgian Court Baseball throughout the rest of April, including a doubleheader this Saturday, April 19 at Shore Town Park, home of the Jersey Shore Blue Claws!
