NEW HAVEN, Conn. (April 15, 2025) - Georgian Court senior Robbie Babson has been having a consistent season all spring. In all four meets, he's been the winner in the men's shot put. After his latest win at the Rowan Oscar Moore Invitational, Babson has been selected as the CACC Field Athlete of the Week. 

Babson won the shot put throwing 52-5.25. That wasn't all though, as Babson threw 150-8 in the hammer to finish seventh, highest on the team.

Babson is currently leading the CACC in the shot put. He's also third on the performance list in the hammer throw.

This is Babson's first CACC Field Athlete of the Week award this season.

Georgian Court Track and Field is back in action for a midweek meet Wednesday, April 16. They'll be in Shippensburg, PA for the Raiders PR Bonanza.
