NEW HAVEN, Conn. (April 28, 2025) - The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) announced their 2025 All-CACC Softball Team. Georgian Court saw junior transfer Ella Moore make the team as a Second Team Outfielder.

Moore is in her first season with Georgian Court. She played and started in all 42 games this season, hitting .346 with 47 hits in 136 at bats. Moore was the team leader in RBI driving in 28. She also shared the team lead with 13 doubles, and hit one triple and one home run. Moore was fifth in the CACC averaging .33 doubles per game. Her five sacrifice flies put her second in the league and in the top-20 in the nation. 

Moore finished the season with a hit in 12 straight games. She had at least one hit in 33 of 42 games and never went more than two games without a hit. Moore had multiple hits in 14 games and twice picked up three hits in a game. 

In the outfield, Moore locked down left field for much of the season. She finished the year making 73 putouts with one outfield assist. 

Moore proved to be clutch as well, hitting a walk-off double in a win against Wilmington. She also hit .364 with runners on base.

Moore is the first Lions outfielder to make the All-CACC team since Taylor Lipkins and Jayda Jones in 2023. She's also the first Lion to make the All-CACC team in her first year at Georgian Court since Jones and Alyssa Herrera did so in 2021.
