About the Opponent
Chestnut Hill Griffins
• Chestnut Hill is just 4-10 in conference play this season.
• They broke a 14 game winless streak, during which they were 0-13-1, with a doubleheader sweep of Post last week.
• The Griffins are a different team at home where they're 6-5-1, compared to just 1-14 playing as the visitors.
• CHC has mixed and matched their starters with five pitchers making at least five starts.
• Isabelle Tetreault has pitched well of late and has a 3.04 ERA on the season in a team-leading 55 innings pitched.
• Anastasia Watson is their big run-producer hitting .363 with a team-best 18 RBI.
• Izabella Rodriguez has driven in 18 as well and hit four triples on the season.
• The Griffins aren't a threat to run much with just 18 stolen bases this year. Opponents have taken plenty of extra bases though stealing 58.
• Defense has proved costly for CHC. They have a .921 team fielding percentage and their 68 errors has led to 62 unearned runs.
