LAKEWOOD, NJ (Jan.12th, 2026) - Georgian Court presents this week's Kessler Athlete of the Week awards to Women's Track and Field Chiamaka Wokocha and Men's Track Mark Linton. 

Kessler is the official physical therapy partner of Georgian Court Athletics. Their team of movement experts will be on campus to provide athletic training services to the student-athletes. ⁣With over 10 physical therapy centers in the surrounding community, students, faculty, and staff can experience the power of physical therapy close to campus.

Wokocha placed 6th in the weight throw with a mark of 48-3, moving her into 4th place on GCU's all-time list. 
 

Linton placed 2nd in the weight throw with a throw of 58-7, improving upon his own school record.
