Previously vs. Chestnut Hill
• All-time the Lions are 6-17 playing against Chestnut Hill.
• They've done better at home where the Lions are 4-7 against the Griffins.
• These two teams split the series last year with the home team winning each.
• GCU won at home last year thanks in part to a 40-23 first half output.
• While 13 players scored for Chestnut Hill, no one was in double-figures. Georgian Court had four reach at least 10 points led by
Cam Edmonds' 20.
• Earlier this season on the road, it was a nail-biter in Philly. GCU led 29-25 at the half, but couldn't hang on in a 75-72 CHC win.
• The Griffins led by six with 1:53 left to play. The Lions got to within one with 43 seconds. GCU then had a chance at the lead, but turned the ball over before getting a shot off.

CACC Leaders
• Georgian Court is up near the top of the league in a couple of defensive categories.
• Their 5.0 blocks per game lead the CACC and are eighth in Division II.
• Georgian Court is also fifth in the CACC in field goal percentage defense as teams are shooting 44.3% from the floor.
• GCU is forcing the fifth-most turnovers and are scoring the fifth-most fastbreak points in the conference.

Cam Edmonds, GCU's 19 free throws made per game are leading the CACC and are 10th in the country.

Amar Lane leads the league with 52 blocks and 2.26 per game. He's 15th nationally in both categories.

Tesneem Ajeigbe is also in the top-10 in the CACC in total blocks and blocks per game.

Cam Edmonds leads the CACC scoring 21 points per game which ranks 12th nationally. He's also got the most free throws made and attempted in Division II.

The New CACC
• This season, the CACC will have a new look to it. The league currently stands at 11 teams with Bloomfield having departed after the 2024-25 academic year.
• The league has also done away with the North and South Divisions in favor of a single set of standings with all 11 teams.
• Additionally, there's been changes to the league schedule. Teams will now play all CACC opponents twice, once at home and once on the road.
• Georgian Court is finished with their nonconference slate. From here on out, they'll be playing only CACC games.
• The Lions have completed their first half of the CACC schedule, going 3-7. Everyone plays each opponent once before seeing a team for a second time.
Playoff Picture
• With only four games left to play, it is officially scoreboard watching season.
• The new-look CACC sees the top eight teams make the postseason as the league has done away with divisions.
• Georgian Court is currently alone in 10th place in what is a very tight CACC.
• Thus far, only one team has locked up a tournament berth and that's Felician with their 16-1 record.
• Only Felician, Goldey-Beacom, and Caldwell have reached double-figure wins.
• The 4th-10th spots are separated by four games.
• Even though the Lions are 10th, they're two games behind sixth place and one behind eighth.
• Sitting one game ahead of the Lions is Chestnut Hill who is tied for eighth with Bridgeport.
About Chestnut Hill
• Chestnut Hill is a game up on the Lions in CACC standings at 6-10.
• They're 8-15 overall and have been a much different team at home vs. on the road.
• Playing at home, the Griffins are 8-3. They're still looking for their first win away from Sorgenti Arena as the Griffins are 0-11 in true road games and 0-1 at neutral sites.
• CHC leads the CACC in fewest fouls per game, averaging just 16.5.
• That's helped them to the No. 4 team in the CACC in scoring defense allowing 77.3 points per game.
• They need their defense to hold up as they're scoring the fewest points in the league at 72.2.
• The Griffins can knock down open shots. They're third in the CACC behind th arc hitting 33.7%. They also are second in the league shooting 73.1% at the line.

• CHC is relying on two freshmen, Amari Dow and Jeremiah Gorham for offense. They're each scoring more than 12 points per game. Gorham is shooting 38% from behind the arc this season and Dow has 11 straight double-digit point games.
