Jim Moore announced today that
Leticia DaSilva of Woodbridge, N.J. will be joining the Georgian Court University women's soccer program next fall as the newest member of the Lions' Class of '25.
"We are pleased that Leticia has decided to continue her academic and athletic career with us here at Georgian Court," stated Coach Moore. Under the guidance of
Roberto Aguas and the FC Copa staff, Leticia has gained valuable experience that will be a tremendous asset as she transitions to the collegiate game. We are excited to see her on the pitch for the Lions in 2021."
A 5'4" defender from Woodbridge High School, the current senior earned the Marisa Tufaro Community Service Award for logging over 300 hours of community service.
Anticipating to major in elementary education at GCU, Leticia desires to become an elementary school principal. She is excited to begin her collegiate career at Georgian Court because of its "amazing soccer program and even better education program!"
