LOUISVILLE, Ky. –
Kaitlyn Stufft of Georgian Court University softball slugged four home runs and tallied 12 runs batted in over six games a week ago, earning the sophomore NFCA Division II Louisville Slugger National Player of the Week recognition for the week of March 21-27.
Stufft went 9-for-19 at the plate (.474), helping Georgian Court to a 5-1 week. She recorded at least one hit and one run in all six contests. After homering in game one versus Nyack last Monday, Stufft doubled and drove in six runs in the nightcap. She also homered in both ends of a twinbill versus Kutztown (Friday) and added her final long ball and two RBI in the week's finale against Felician (Saturday). The sophomore first baseman was perfect in the field recording 34 putouts. Stufft currently leads the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference with nine home runs and 33 RBI.

Samantha Reilly, who was named Louisville Slugger/ NFCA National Player of the Week during the 2018 campaign (Apri 2-8).
