Previously vs. Bridgeport
• This is Bridgeport's fourth season in the CACC and the Lions have seen them four times already, including a playoff game.
• The Lions are 3-1-1 all-time against Bridgeport with all five games taking place since 2021. 
• Last year a goal in each half was good for a 2-0 GCU win.
• Ayendi Batista got the shutout win making nine saves. 

Last Time Out
• Although it wasn't a game winner, there was still a feeling of relief for Georgian Court as they scored late to earn a 1-1 draw with Millersville.
• After continually getting chances, it looked like GCU might suffer another close defeat, but Alessandro Cavallini scored in the 89th minute to keep a loss off the ledger.
• Millersville scored in the seventh minute and tried to make that one goal stand through rain and a lightning delay, but were unable to get the job done.
• Ayendi Batista was credited with the draw in net, making two saves. 

Individual Milestones
• Mikey Mallon is two points away from 20. One more assist will bring him to a tie for second all-time in career assists. 
• Gijs van Eif is one goal away from 20 in his career. 
• David Tuschmann's next goal scored will be his 10th and he'd be the 11th Lion to reach double-figure career goals. 

CACC Stat Leaders
• Georgian Court is in the NCAA top-10 in saves per game at 6.50.
• Sotirios Gkosdis is second in the country averaging eight saves per game. 
• The Lions offense is generating the fourth most corner kicks per game in the CACC at 4.75. 
• Gijs van Eif is leading the CACC in shots per game with four. 
• GCU is fourth in the CACC allowing just 1.5 goals against average. 

Scheduling Quirk
• All season long the Lions don't play more than two straight games at home or more than two straight on the road.

About Bridgeport
• Saturday's game features two teams without a win yet this season. Bridgeport enters the game at 0-3-1.
• Bridgeport has faced a tough schedule with two of their losses coming to teams ranking in the top-15 in Division II.
• The Purple Knights have had some difficulty stopping the ball from going in the net. They're allowing 2.25 goals per game, including surrendering three goals in each of their last two matches.
• That job has mostly fallen to Viktor Masek who has started three games. He's allowed six goals and made 15 saves.
